What Dale brings to residential work
Dale spent roughly 15 years building custom homes; that background means he understands how a house goes together, which matters when you're adding to one. He has been involved in approximately 75 residential projects throughout the Lower Mainland, including significant custom homes.
He has managed trades, solved problems on site, and learned firsthand what separates a well-built home from one that causes problems later. That experience shapes how he approaches every addition and new build he takes on today.
