Home renovation — finished interior

Home Renovations

Renovations managed by the person doing the work.

Dale handles the full scope of residential renovations — from a single bathroom through to a whole-home overhaul. Because he's also a licensed electrician, the electrical is part of the same project, not a separate contractor to coordinate.

How Dale approaches renovations

A lot of renovation projects go sideways because of coordination problems — trades that don't show up, work that doesn't line up, decisions made without the homeowner. Dale keeps the project small enough that he can stay personally involved. He's not running ten jobs at once.

Kitchen renovations

Layout changes, new cabinetry, countertops, appliance connections, lighting and all the electrical. Dale manages the full scope.

Bathroom renovations

Full bathroom gut and rebuild, or targeted updates. Tile, fixtures, vanities, exhaust fans and the rough-in electrical.

Basement development

Finishing an unfinished basement — framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting and electrical. Secondary suite work included.

Interior renovations

Opening up walls, moving doorways, updating layouts. Structural changes handled properly with the right permits.

Flooring & finishing

Hardwood, laminate, tile and finishing work as part of a larger renovation scope.

Whole-home renovations

Larger projects that touch multiple rooms or the whole house. Dale takes these on selectively — they require the right timeline and budget to do properly.

What to expect

Dale visits the site before quoting. He won't price a job he hasn't seen.

The quote covers the full scope — no surprises added later unless the scope changes.

Dale is reachable throughout the project. You're not chasing a project manager.

Permits are pulled where required. The work is done to code.
